What, how much, and when to eat can be very confusing because it takes time to get to know yourself. As an individual, your body will respond differently than anyone else’s to training and food. View this as long-term project. Some things you try will work and others will not, but along the way you will be amazed at what you discover about yourself. – (via fitnesstreats)

No need to buy the diet plan! ( BUT I ENCOURAGE YOU TO!!) This dynamic duo’s blog and youtube channel has tons of information and ideas. This has been my favorite fitness plan to follow, they keep me motivated and eager to continue my healthy style. I’ve researched and tried many different fitness plans, but this one trumps them all. Karena and Katrina have really made a plan tailored to women and also a busy lifestyle. Check them out!

I thought I would create this blog to share my diet and healthy lifestyle tips with my friends and family. People have been asking me how I have transformed over the past year from a slightly over-weight but healthy individual to a healthy fit young woman. So here it is! I want to post healthy recipes I find or create, and also work-out videos.

I have a WICKED BIG sweet tooth :) most of my recipes are desserts and candies. However, I have some awesome dinner and breakfast options also. I have a desire in finding the best healthy alternatives, for classic comfort foods and also how to make the most copious amounts of food with-out expanding my waist! Because I am one little girl with one HUGE appetite.

I’ve never been fond of long work-outs or work-outs involving elastic stretch bands, medicine balls, etc. Most of my workouts consist of pure body strength, all you need is a clear space and a few 10 minute intervals through-out the day. But this is a topic for another blog!

I hope my information will be beneficial and interesting to everyone!
